We reserve the right to change this User Agreement from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.

1. RESPONSIBLE USE AND CONDUCT

In order to use TaxRodo.com Services, you will need to provide your tax return information. You agree that any information you give to TaxRodo.com will always be accurate, correct and up to date.

d. You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that TaxRodo.com has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which TaxRodo.com may suffer) of any such breach.

e. If you file tax returns for another individual, you should be doing so with the consensus of that individual after fully understanding the implications of this action. TaxRodo.com will not be held responsible if you are doing this without the knowledge / consensus of that person concerned.

f. Accessing (or attempting to access) any of our Resources by any means other than through the means we provide, is strictly prohibited. You specifically agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of our Resources through any automated, unethical or unconventional means.

g. Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Resources, including the servers and/or networks to which our Resources are located or connected, is strictly prohibited.

h. Attempting to copy, duplicate, reproduce, sell, trade, or resell our resources is strictly prohibited.

i. We may provide various open communication tools on our website, such as blog comments, blog posts, public chat, forums, message boards, newsgroups, product ratings and reviews, various social media services, etc. You understand that generally we do not pre-screen or monitor the content posted by users of these various communication tools, which means that if you choose to use these tools to submit any type of content to our website, then it is your personal responsibility to use these tools in a responsible and ethical manner. We have the right at our sole discretion to remove any content that, we feel in our judgment does not comply with this User Agreement, along with any content that we feel is otherwise offensive, harmful, objectionable, inaccurate, or violates any 3rd party copyrights or trademarks. We are not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If you post content that we choose to remove, you hereby consent to such removal, and consent to waive any claim against us.

2. PRIVACY

Your privacy is very important to us, which is why we’ve created a separate Privacy Policy in order to explain in detail how we collect, manage, process, secure, and store your private information. 3. LIMITATION OF WARRANTIES

By using our website, you understand and agree that all Resources we provide are “as is” and “as available”.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In conjunction with the Limitation of Warranties as explained above, you expressly understand and agree that any claim against us shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of products and/or services. TaxRodo.com will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damages which may be incurred by you as a result of using our Resources, or as a result of any changes, data loss or corruption, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime to the full extent that applicable limitation of liability laws apply.

5. TERMINATION OF USE

You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our website and Resources with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Resources we provide will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may have on file with us, including any account or login information.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

In the event a customer has paid for a service and then requests for a refund only because there was a change in mind, the refund shall not be considered as there is no fault, defect, or onus on TaxRodo.com. Refund requests will be considered after going through the details of each case. Refund requests shall not be entertained after the work has been shared with client. If the request for the refund has been approved by TaxRodo.com, the same shall be processed within 20 working days and intimated via email. We handle the refund process with care and ensure that the money spent by you is returned to you at the earliest.

7. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES

a. Nothing in these terms, shall exclude or limit tax warranty or liability for losses which may not be lawfully excluded or limited by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or conditions or the limitation or exclusion of liability for loss or damage caused by negligence, breach of contract or breach of implied terms, or incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, only the limitations which are lawful in your jurisdiction will apply to you and our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

b. You expressly understand and agree that your use of the services is at your sole risk and that the services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

c. In particular, TaxRodo.com, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and its licensor do not represent or warrant to you that:

• Your use of the services will meet your requirements,

• Your use of the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from error,

• Any information obtained by you as a result of your use of the services will be accurate or reliable, and

• That defects in the operation or functionality of any software provided to you as part of the services will be corrected.

d. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the services is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or other device or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.

e. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from TaxRodo.com or through or from the services shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the terms.

f. TaxRodo.com further expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. .

8. INTEREST, FEE AND PENALTIES

Any Interest, fee or penalty shall be borne by the client & will be charged separately.
